Sheldon A. Herbert is an attorney with 25+ years of experience, practicing predominantly in creditor rights, bankruptcy, real estate, and general business litigation. Originally from Western Canada, he graduated in 1993 from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Broadcast Communications. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree, with distinction, in 1996. Sheldon has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 1996. He has participated at various times with the Nevada American Inns of Court program, the Clark County Bar Association, and the Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys.
